We will be happy to file insurance for you. We need all your current insurance information in order to file. Any remaining balance is the responsibility of the patient or the responsible party.

If you do not have insurance, payment is required at the time of service. If you cannot pay in full, we will be happy to set up a payment plan. We accept credit cards, checks and cash.

Conditions requiring routine care or minor surgery can be done in the office. For more complicated surgeries, we can treat you at one of the surgery centers or hospitals.
